My name is Kristin and I am Co-owner and operator of Nitty Gritty Hair Care LLC!

A little about myself- 

I have been married since 2001, my husband was in the U.S. Army for a little over 8 years. We traveled around the world during this time. Over the years I have been very involved in the veteran community with volunteering and fundraising. I am also a mom to 3 children and I spent many years being a stay at home mom to them. In most recent years I have been working in a Dental Office as both a receptionist and a Dental Assistant. I have OSHA, Infection Control, and CPR certifications. Being in the Dental field has given me an amazing set of skills including receptionist responsibilities, as well as sterilization skills, and a clinical background. I have also had a broad spectrum of training and education on head lice removal. All of this makes for the absolute perfect pairing with Nitty Gritty Hair Care, your head lice clinic. 

Hello! My name is Nicole. I am Co-owner and operator of Nitty Gritty HairCare LLC! I am a mom to three beautiful children and a gorgeous Bernese Mountain Dog. I have been a Dental Assistant for 12 years and I am OSHA, Infection Control and CPR certified. I absolutely love being in the dental field but in recent years I saw a community wide need to help eradicate head lice. With my clinical background, and being a mom who has experienced it first hand,  I just knew I could help my local communities. So after a broad spectrum of training and gaining education on head lice, my dream of opening a Head Lice Treatment Clinic became a reality. With that, Nitty Gritty Hair Care LLC, was finally born.

With a combined 14 years of Clinical Dental Assistanting under our belts, our team knows how to assess clients, and are wonderful with making clients, both children and adults, comfortable during treatment. We strive to help you and your family find the treatment plan that's right for you. Our staff commits to keeping a clean and sterile environment for the health and well being of your family. We also understand the importance of educating your family on the most effective ways to not only treat, but also prevent, head lice.
